Compliance, Privacy & Appeals

Your Peace of Mind Is Our #1 Concern

Central Wellness ensures that all of our wellness programs are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Under HIPAA, our clients entrust us with private and protected information; we take that responsibility seriously, and have a variety of security measures in place.

All appeals will be handled through a Central Wellness account manager, utilizing all resources necessary to resolve the issue. Approval and denial of appeals will be decided upon after review is conducted by members of the respective collected data set and our compliance committee. The account manager will produce the final decision to the appellant.

Depending on circumstances, we have the ability to apply reasonable alternatives to help participants meet desired goals. Reasonable alternative options will be agreed upon by the Central Wellness account manager, medical and compliance team, and client, and will ensure all legal regulations are met.
